As 2017 draws to a close and we look towards 2018, we’re taking a little time to reflect on what’s been happening during the year. And there’s certainly plenty to reflect on! It’s been an epic year for Cureton Consulting – We’ve launched new services and seen existing ones go from strength to strength.

Let’s take a look at our three biggest achievements for 2017.

 

Social Media Mastery

Launching our online Social Media Mastery programme has genuinely transformed our business. It’s proving very popular with clients and we’ve had lots of fantastic feedback.

In fact, the programme’s going so well that it now accounts for a significant chunk of our overall business! It’s bona fide proof that there’s a real need out there for good quality social media training that delivers a tangible return on investment – and business owners love it.

Whilst we’re very proud of Social Media Mastery’s success, we’re never ones to rest on our laurels. So we’ll keep adding bonus modules to the programme to hold our clients’ interest and keep them coming back for more. We’ve already got three new modules in the pipeline:

  1. Making phone videos for social media
  2. How to run successful webinars
  3. Getting your social media strategy right.

Telemarketing

You could call telemarketing the unsung hero of Cureton Consulting. Despite the fact that we don’t do much to promote this service (except the odd blog article you may have noticed…), it’s really hit the ground running in 2017.

We’ve had more enquiries than ever before, and worked with all kinds of businesses to generate high quality leads. During the year, our clients have included solicitors, accountants and even a pet insurance company. A good telesales service is hard to find these days and our experienced team takes pride in the great results we achieve.

As well as making calls, we’ve also been kept busy with telemarketing training. This is a tailored service that aims to plug any skills gaps within your organisation and help you get the most from your telesales calls. From building initial rapport to overcoming objections, we’ll arm you with the skills and knowledge you need to grow your business successfully.

Face to Face Training

This has been another massive growth area for us in 2017. It’s a very personal service that’s unique to each client as it’s based around specific training needs. We can deliver workshops to individuals or teams, covering general sales training as well as coaching on Twitter and Linkedin.

All our courses are designed to be fun and interactive as well as informative. We’ll inspire you to boost your performance and take a fresh perspective on your relationships with clients and prospects. So what’s next?

As you’d expect from Cureton Consulting, we’ve got some exciting plans up our sleeve for 2018! For starters, we’ll be launching a brand new Social Media Mastermind Group. This is designed for business owners and marketing managers who already have social media management skills, but want to develop their strategy and targeting to get better results.
